Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1 For Refunds / Return Package

  • Inform us via email within 3 business day(s) upon parcel received.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging, damage free (no dents/scratches) and no signs of usage.
  • In event if product received is found defective, we will provide a replacement with shipping at no cost or a discount code for your next order according to case basis.
  • This refund policy excludes the “Modded Watches” category.
Refunds will be deemed invalid if the conditions stated above are not fulfilled. Any shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.

For approved non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

“Business days” refer to Singapore business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Singapore public holidays.
All return, refund, cancellation, and claim deadlines are based on Singapore Time (GMT+8).

Return Shipping Method

Customers are required to engage with reliable courier service for approved returns. We require tracked shipping method, as WEEZMODS will not be responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address during return transit.

Refund Processing Timeline

 Refunds or replacements will only be reviewed after the returned item has been received and inspected by WEEZMODS.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days. The actual time for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed by WEEZMODS. In selected cases, WEEZMODS may offer store credit, a discount code, or a replacement instead of a monetary refund.

1.1 Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If the product received is defective or incorrect, customers must contact us within 3 business days from the date the parcel is delivered.
After assessment, WEEZMODS may provide:
- A replacement with shipping at no cost; or
- A discount code/store credit, depending on the case basis.

Customers may be required to provide photos, videos, and packaging details for verification.

1.2 Order Cancellation Policy


Cancellation requests may be considered on an exceptional basis prior to shipment. If approved, a cancellation fee of 8.5% of the order value will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing, currency conversion, administrative, and fulfilment costs.

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers with a history of repeated cancellations.

1.3 Pre-Order Products

Pre Order Products are not eligible for refund or cancellation upon order is placed.

1.4 Refundable Amount Calculation (Example)


Refundable Amount = Original Price − Shipping Fee − 10% Miscellaneous Fee


The refund has been calculated in accordance with our store policy.

1. A 10% miscellaneous fee is applied to cover payment processing, handling, and operational costs.
2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. The final refund amount reflects deductions for the above costs
